form, the customer can also accept to be periodically
informed about EVORACINGSHOP.COM promotions. The customer
can modify these data whenever he or she wants, clicking
on "My Account". The "My Account"
icon can be found in the toolbar on the upper side
of the screen.
All data are subject to the Italian law on "Tutela
della persona e di altri soggetti rispetto al trattamento
dei dati personali" - (Protection of individual
persons and other legal subjects concerning the usage
of personal data" (D.L.gsvo 30.6.2003 n. 196)

EVORACINGSHOP.COM collected them, why it has collected

add more data. He or she can ask to cancel personal
data, to make them anonymous, or to stop their usage
if they are illicitly misused. The customer can ask

legitimate reasons, or if they are used to send the
