EVORACINGSHOP.COM is not responsible for damages, which are caused by the use and the assembly of the purchased materials.

EVORACINGSHOP.COM is not responsible for the contents of other web sites, connected with the web site EVORACINGSHOP.COM and it is not responsible for possible losses or damages caused by the use of the contents, services and goods provided by these web sites. The connection to other web sites does not include the approval by EVORACINGSHOP.COM about the materials' quality of these web sites.

EVORACING SHOP.COM is not responsible for the consequences experienced by the customers and it can not be accused of contract breaches if the delays or the omissions of the products' delivery are not caused by EVORACINGSHOP.COM.

If a part of the sale conditions is contested or is considered ineffective by the relevant authorities, the fact will not be prejudicial to the validity of the other parts of the sale conditions.

ORDERS AND DELIVERY
EVORACINGSHOP.COM has the aim of delivering the products to the courier as soon as possible. The orders can be delayed if the products are not available. EVORACINGSHOP.COM is not, therefore, responsible for these problems.

The customers are informed about possible delays per e-mail or by phone and they have the possibility to stop a part of the order at issue.

EVORACINGSHOP.COM can recall a product from the sale or modify the features of this product without notice.

Each order has an ID code, which is given to the customers per e-mail at the moment of their approval. The code, the date and the name of the customer will be written in every communication of EVORACINGSHOP.COM about the order at issue.

The quantity and the description of the products are the ones included in the invoice or in the pro-forma invoice.

If a valid notification is served in respect of these conditions, EVORACINGSHOP.COM can replace the products or part of them without additional costs or refund to the customers. In this case the customer will relieve EVORACINGSHOP.COM of any responsibility.

EVORACINGSHOP.COM is not responsible for the unpaid charges for the products, which it delivers. The invoices or the pro-forma invoices, which are delivered to the customers, contain only the amounts of the products' value and the delivery charges.

The property, the risk of products damages or losses are charged to the customer at the moment of the return to the carrier and following to the products' exit from the warehouse of EVORACINGSHOP.COM.

CARRYING OUT OF ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
EVORACINGSHOP.COM will be entrusted with the carrying out of orders.

EVORACINGSHOP.COM will make sure the payment has been completed and that it corresponds to the whole amount due, as it is shown in the order made through the website.

This task will be carried out in compliance with Italian regulations for consumer protection.


REFUNDS AND GOODS REPLACEMENTS
For each product offered on sale, EVORACINGSHOP.COM will provide information about its compatibility with brands and models of cars and motorbikes (only when it is necessary). The customer will take full responsibility when he or she chooses a product. EVORACINGSHOP.COM will not be responsible for incorrect orders.
EVORACINGSHOP.COM will change incorrectly ordered items, but it will reserve the right to make the customer pay for extra shipping costs before shipping the replaced items.

The returned items will be accepted only if they are shipped in the original package, and only if this is not damaged. If the returned items are damaged or already used by the customer, they will not be accepted, or, depending on the damage, the customer will be charged at EVORACINGSHOP.COM's discretion.

Returned items will be accepted only within 10 days after the customer has received the package.

If an item has been returned because it was incorrect or the customer cancelled the order, the customer will be charged with extra shipping costs. If EVORACINGSHOP.COM is responsible for an incorrect order, the customer will not be charged with extra costs.

Returns made by companies or legal persons must be authorized by a delegate of EVORACINGSHOP.COM. Returns of items ordered with a security, customized items and items manufactured for a specific customer will not be accepted.
EVORACINGSHOP.COM will provide items that are up to the strictest quality standards. If an item is defective, it must be returned to the shipping storehouse. The returned items will be examined, and if our staff discovers defects in the product, the item will be changed or refunded. In the package of returned items must be enclosed a copy of the original invoice and a description of the defects found by the customer.
The right to cancel an order will be applied in compliance with Italian regulation n. 206, 6/09/2005. The customer must send back the returned items with a recorded delivery letter with advice of delivery within 10 working days.
The cancelled item must be returned in compliance with terms and procedures regulated in the second paragraph of the Chapter "Refunds and Replacements of Goods".
The customer loses the right to cancel an order if he or she does not comply with the aforementioned terms or procedures.
Individual and legal persons that represent their businesses cannot assert the right to cancel an order.


PRODUCTS
EVORACINGSHOP.COM is constantly trying to improve the quality of its products. Therefore it reserves the right to change the technical features of its products. The modified products will still meet the safety standards. The production of improved products will not to alter their quality and their performance.

The features of the products shown in the pictures of the website could be therefore slightly different from the features of the items that customers will receive.


PAYMENT
Payment methods accepted are: advance bank transfer, Paypal. All payments must be made in advance.
EVORANCINGSHOP.COM reserves the right to make inquiries and investigations about what the customer has declared in the order form. If the customer wants to rectify some mistakes or omissions, he or she must communicate his or her corrections by email, and these will be rectified if they will prove to be valid.

If the customer requires it, a copy of the original invoice will be enclosed in the package.

EVORACINGSHOP.COM sells exclusively on line. Therefore, it is not legally bound to give a receipt to customers. The goods will be shipped alongside with a pro-forma invoice, and this is a valid document that can be used to apply for the warranty. An email with the copy of the electronic receipt certifying the transaction made with the credit card will be sent to the customer by the company that transfers electronic money (Paypal).
